Donna Darko

I was born and raised in WA State. I live on Whidbey Island, WA. I grew up racing go-karts and then mini-stock at Evergreen Speedway. After I hung up my helmet, I went to Cornish College of The Arts and graduated with a BFA focusing in Oil Painting & (film) Photography.

There’s a time and a place for posed family portraits, and stylized shoots, but my true passion for photography is reflected in the heart of the action. I’m not going to tell you where to place your hand in a shot, but I will stand 20 feet away with a zoom lens and capture the true essence of you in your most natural state.
